About tax-deductibility
Bayt ul Uloom is organized as a nonprofit corporation and is in the process of finalizing its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. Once approved, donation receipts will reflect this status, and the determination will apply retroactively to the date of our incorporation, as is standard for new nonprofits. We're happy to answer any questions about our current status — just reach out.
