The school we're building, inshā'Allāh.
None of this exists yet — there's no campus, no classrooms, no enrolled students. But here's the picture we're working toward, and the programs we're planning to build it around.
Faith and learning, taught as one thing — not two.
Too often, "Islamic studies" and "real school" are treated as separate tracks — one for the weekend, one for the week. Bayt ul Uloom is being designed around a different idea: that a student's relationship with the Qur'an, their character, and their academic growth all develop together, in the same place, every day.
We're planning a full-time school day that integrates a strong core academic curriculum (meeting state standards in subjects like math, science, English, and social studies) with daily Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic studies — taught by qualified teachers who care about the whole student.
Design principles we're building around
- Small class sizes with individual attention
- A curriculum that meets state academic requirements
- Daily Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic studies — not just on weekends
- Affordable tuition with need-based assistance, supported by our community fund
- Strong family and community involvement at every step
What we're working to offer.
These programs represent our long-term vision. Which ones launch first — and when — will depend on funding, staffing, and the needs of our founding families. Nothing below exists yet.
Full-Time Islamic School
A full-day school combining a complete academic curriculum with Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic studies — starting with the earliest grades and growing year by year as our community grows.
Qur'an & Hifz Program
A dedicated memorization and tajweed track for students who wish to pursue hifz alongside (or in addition to) their academic studies, taught by qualified huffaz.
Weekend Islamic Studies
While our full-time school takes shape, a weekend program for Qur'an, Islamic studies, and Arabic — open to the wider community and a way for families to connect with us early.
Arabic Language Program
Structured Arabic instruction for students of all ages — building the language skills needed to engage directly with the Qur'an and classical Islamic texts.
What we hope will set Bayt ul Uloom apart.
We're keeping our plans realistic — but we also have a clear sense of the kind of school we're working toward. Three things matter most to us:
- Integration, not separation — deen and dunya taught side by side, every single day.
- Community ownership — Bayt ul Uloom is governed by and accountable to the families it serves.
- Built to last — sustainable finances and strong governance from day one, so this school is here for generations.
Help us turn this vision into a school.
Every step from here — fundraising, planning, finding a site — depends on people like you getting involved early.
